About

If you've ever felt frustrated
by conflicting nutrition advice,
you're not alone.

Every day we're told to avoid carbohydrates, eat more protein, fast longer, buy expensive supplements, or follow the latest trend. It's exhausting — and for many people, especially those navigating chronic health conditions and inflammation, it leaves them feeling more confused than ever.

I created Collective Nourishment because I believe nutrition education should be grounded in science, tailored to the individual, and practical enough to fit real life.

My goal isn't to hand you another list of rules. My goal is to help you use nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods to support your body, reduce nutrition-related risk factors, and make confident choices that last long after our work together.

My Philosophy

Nutrition isn't about
perfection.

It's about understanding.

In every coaching session, I consider the delicate relationship between food and your social and emotional wellbeing. There is no shame here, and no one-size-fits-all. You are an individual with your own physiology, life experiences, and vision for what you want food to accomplish.

My lens is that food is both nourishment and part of a life worth enjoying. My goal is to help you feel as nourished and healthy as you can — so you can live a life that feels good and leaves you energized and strong.

Together we'll focus on:

  • Nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory eating patterns
  • Reducing nutrition-related risk factors
  • Supporting the body's response to inflammation
  • Supporting metabolic health
  • Building muscle and preserving strength
  • Improving digestive health
  • Promoting healthy aging
  • Nourishing the whole person — body, mind, and daily life

My Journey

Food has always
fascinated me.

I've worked in foodservice for most of my life, so I understand that food is never just about nutrients. It's tied to memory, culture, comfort, celebration, and connection. That lived experience shaped how I approach nutrition today.

My curiosity about food's incredible ability to influence health led me into public health, clinical nutrition, and integrative nutrition, where I've had the privilege of working alongside physicians and helping people navigate everything from metabolic disease and digestive conditions to healthy aging and chronic inflammation.

Over the years, one thing has become clear:

The biggest barrier isn't usually motivation. It's confusion.

People don't need more nutrition myths. They need someone who can translate the science into practical, nutrient-dense steps they can actually use. That has become my passion.

I work with adults across life stages. Midlife health, menopause, and changing metabolic needs are important areas of my work, and Collective Nourishment welcomes anyone ready to use food as a tool for prevention, healing, and lasting health.

Why Collective Nourishment?

The name wasn't chosen
by accident.

Health isn't built through a single meal, supplement, or appointment. It's created through the collective effect of small, consistent choices over time.

Collective Nourishment reflects my belief that true wellness comes from nourishing every aspect of health — through food, movement, sleep, stress management, education, and community.

What we might work on together

Whether you're hoping to reduce your risk of chronic health conditions, support your body through inflammation, improve blood sugar, support your metabolism, navigate hormonal transitions, strengthen your bones and muscles, improve digestive health, or simply build healthier eating habits, my goal is always the same:

To help you use nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods to feel more informed, more confident, and more capable of caring for your health.

A letter to future clients

If you're here because you've tried everything, felt overwhelmed, or wondered whether lasting change is possible, I want you to know that you're not alone.

You don't have to become a different person to improve your health. You don't have to eat perfectly. You don't have to understand every nutrition study.

You simply need a place to begin.

My hope is that our work together helps you build confidence — not just healthier habits. Because when you understand how to nourish your body, those choices become your own.

And that's the kind of change that lasts.
